Pros: I love holiday inn's overall, but in Mexico... Wow! They do it so much better! The rooms are immaculate, the service is outstanding, the food, THE FOOD is not hotel food, it's so good! They have different options everyday, but standard everyday that you can't go wrong with is chilaquiles with green or red sauce, beans, and eggs. I've had carne guisada one day, another day they had pancakes and chicken with vegetables in a sauce. DELICIOUS. If you're a member you get an arrival snack, there's a water in the room, and you can request checkout at 2p for members only. Gym: is decent size and has a TV in there and faces the pool. Pool: is heated so it's warm and it's also inside for all year enjoyment! Cons: Any room ending in 04 or 02 will face away from the highway but faces the train tracks so that toots as early as 630 am and is loud (use ear plugs), if you're on the higher ending numbers you'll face the highway with road noise all night. Not a huge deal either way, just get ear plugs or earbuds and music (for light sleepers). Definitely worth the price!

Very new. So new, it’s still party under construction… fairly noisy, traffic-wise. Clean, free parking and good WiFi. Nothing interesting in the surroundings but a quick taxi drive to the center.

Hotel is brand new. Cozy. Pizza place and coffee store in the same area, make it very handy. Also, it is close to several ways around Guadalajara. It was my first but good experience. If you can chose the room, loom for lower numbers in the floor, below 10. That will make you choose a room far from the road just in front. Your sleep will thank you.

I have some mixed feelings about this place. First the good: the hotel is new, rooms are clean, plenty of towels provided and the breakfast is delicious. One employee, Gabriella was so helpful. I needed eggs without ham, and she personally made sure to get me some. She provided amazing service. The coffee at this place is delicious!! There is plenty of parking and the hotels location provides easy access to the highway. The pool area is great too. Now the things which need work: 1. The hotel is close to a train track and our whole family was woken up multiple times in the night due to loud and persistent train whistles. The train came every night. 2. The front desk staff did not speak English. Yes I understand I'm in a Spanish speaking country but this made things challenging. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating though. Just make sure to keep your google translate app handy when staying here. 3. We could not get the air conditioning in our room to turn on. We tried everything and called the front desk but due to language barrier could not communicate. It was very hot in our room which made it difficult to sleep. Overall some good, some not so good but overall a good experience.

This hotel is 5 minutes away from the Akron Stadium, 13 minutes away from Plaza Galerias as well as Costco. The room, customer service, and pool were excellent. I really enjoyed breakfast. It was delicious.

I always stay here when doing business with companies in the nearby industrial parks. The rooms are nice, breakfast is delicious, and the fitness/ indoor pool area is good.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Emy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area she made us feel so welcome and gave us great local recommendations. Jonathan, the hotel driver, was also amazing. He was attentive, professional, and shared some wonderful suggestions for places around the hotel. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel to stay at if you're not too worried about staying in the center of Guadalajara. Approx 20-45 mins from the center depending on traffic. The break is included and is pretty good
